Tourists, especially European tourists know better. The cheap ones try to take advantage of our hospitality because they know most people wont call them out on their ignorance. When you come here, you know that you are supposed to tip. In 13 years of bartending, only once have i believed the person didn't know to tip. The others just use it as an excuse.
